Job Card D/R A202 - Upper Optical Fork
to the J4 connector on the Lift Board
4. Carefully secure the Upper Optical Fork cable (2) labeled J4/PL201 - W201 to the other cables using
cable ties (3) as shown above.
CAUTION
When connecting the new Upper Optical Fork to the Lift Board, ensure that you route the
W201 cable so it does not pass over Lift Board as shown above. This precaution avoids
potential interference caused by component electronic noise.
5. Use the four bolts to secure the lower X plate (10 mm open-ended wrench) to the Gantry framework.
7 COMPLETION
Check the lift motion operates as expected.
