Job Card D/R A311 - AWS Unit
5. Remove the two allen screws and associated bracket (3) securing the back of the AWS unit (4 mm
allen wrench).
6. For each of the side L-brackets (4) that secure the AWS unit, do the following:
a. Remove the two nuts (5) that secure the L-bracket to the C-bracket (7 mm open ended wrench).
b. Untighten (but do not remove) the two allen screws (6) that secure the L-bracket to the Control
Station framework (4 mm allen wrench).
c. Slide the L-bracket away from the C-Bracket (7).
d. Gently remove the C-bracket from the top of the AWS unit.
7. Remove the defective AWS unit from the Control Station.
