DE2 +12 V (+VR) Present Green Normal status: ON
ON when 12 V is present (i.e. when the S1 switch
between the Power Line Filter and the Mains Distri-
bution Board 200PL1 is closed).
OFF when there is a problem and no 12 V is pres-
ent. In this case, proceed as follows:
• Check the fuse F1.
• If the fuse F1 is OK, check the fuses of the mains
input.
• If the fuses of the mains input are OK, check the
cabling arriving on the XJ1 and XJ3 connectors.
• If the cabling is OK there is a problem with the
transformer TR2 or RT1. Change the Mains Distri-
bution Board 200PL1.
DE3 +12 V (+VV) Present Green Normal status: ON
ON when 12 V is present (i.e. when the S1 switch
between the Power Line Filter and the Mains Distri-
bution Board 200PL1 is closed).
OFF when there is a problem and no 12 V is pres-
ent. In this case, proceed as follows:
• Check the fuse F1.
• If the fuse F1 is OK, check the fuses of the mains
input.
• If the fuses of the mains input are OK, check the
cabling arriving on the XJ1 and XJ3 connectors.
• If the cabling is OK there is a problem with the
transformer TR2 or RT1. Change the Mains Distri-
bution Board 200PL1.
DE4 DC Bus Voltage Too High
E > 700 V
(normally DC Bus Voltage is 600 V)
Red Normal status: OFF
ON when the 600 V DC Bus Voltage is too high. In
this case, proceed as follows:
• Use a multimeter to check the voltage on the XJ9
connector.
• If the measured voltage is bad (i.e. 650 V to
700 V) check the configuration of the tension on
the transformer and the tension sector.
• If the configuration of the tension on the trans-
former and the tension sector are OK there is a
problem with the transformer.
OFF when the DC Bus is operating normally at a
level of around 600 V.
