078/005 Gene init tests software error: defective
function will self-identify
078/128 Gene init tests software error: error fol-
lowing VRTX request
079/001 Exposure aborted: timeout
079/002 Exposure aborted: heater fault
079/003 Exposure aborted: anode starter fault
079/004 Exposure aborted: power fault
079/005 Exposure aborted: generator fault
079/006 Exposure: no Gantry acknowledgment
(at start of first trigger) or Gantry fault
079/008 Gantry fault detected before start of
exposure
If the problem occurs during boot,
check optical fiber between Gantry
interface board and generator, also
can bus.
If the problem occurs when request-
ing an exposure, check the Bucky.
079/009 Exposure: no sync signal from Gantry to
start exposure
079/010 Exposure aborted by mA meter (0 pt or
1 pt technique)
079/011 E04 Arm fatal failure Exposure: no Gantry acknowledgment
(at end of first trigger) or Gantry fault
Check the error logs.
If there are any collimator reported
errors change the impacted collima-
tor-related FRUs.
If there are no collimator reported
errors change the other impacted sys-
tem-related FRUs.
079/013 E05 Failure Before
Exposure
Between AOP pre-exposure and AOP
exposure, the Generator sends a
StartSequence message to the IDC and
launches a timeout of 1200 ms. If the
Generator does not see the RT signal
XRAY_AUTHORIZE rising during this
timout, it generates error E05 079/013.
Probable cause:
1. Board or RT0 connector on IDC
aulty.
2. IDC-Generator RT/COM cable
(2244615) faulty.
3. Generator board issue/faulty.
From the Service Desktop, perform
the IDC DMR - RT Line diagnostics
using the loopback connectors from
the Loopback Kit.
If the problem persists, additionally try
adding DB9 Adaptors to the DB9
sockets on the IDC rear panel (see
Job Card TSG A012 - Use of DB9
Adaptors to Reduce Intermittent IDC
or ADS Communication Errors on
page 1029).
079/014 E05 Failure during
exposure
Falling XRayAuthorizedRT signal not
received from IDC
Switch the system off and on again;
repeat the exposure. Check the IDC-
Senographe communication
