ERR SUB A001 - Generator Error Messages
079/015 E05 Failure during
exposure
The Generator has not received expo-
sure information from IDC after 15 sec-
onds during an X-ray exposure. This
error occurs only during an X-ray expo-
sure.
Switch Off the system. Switch On
again; repeat the exposure.
079/017 E16 AWS/SENO
Synchro fail
The acquisition was not correctly per-
formed on ADS (image not correctly
transferred from IDC, for example)
Reset system and try again. If the
error persists, check AWS is running
correctly; try rebooting AWS and
Senographe.
On V3 or V4 Control Stations (U20 or
Z400), if the problem persists, addi-
tionally try adding DB9 Adaptors to
the DB9 sockets on the ADS rear
panel (see Job Card TSG A012 - Use
of DB9 Adaptors to Reduce Intermit-
tent IDC or ADS Communication
Errors on page 1029).
079/018 I41 Arm error during
exposure
Can occur during exposure when there
is a problem with the Positioner.
Reboot the Senographe system. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
079/019 E05 Failure during
pre-exposure
The Generator has not received pre-
exposure information from IDC after 15
seconds.
Switch Off the system. Switch On
again; repeat the exposure.
079/021 E25 AWS/SENO
Synchro. fail
AWS did not sent acknowledgment to
DMR preparation phase request within
3 seconds.
Reboot the Senographe system. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
080/001 Gene (IST, exposure): heater fault
080/002 Gene (IST, exposure): anode starter
fault
080/003 Gene (IST, exposure): power failure
080/004 Gene (IST, exposure): interface fault
080/005 Gene (IST, exposure): no Gantry reply -
timeout after 1 second
080/006 Gene (IST, exposure): Gantry fault
080/007 Gene (IST, exposure): no Gantry reply
to exposure command
080/008 Gene (IST, exposure): no grid sync
feedback after timeout
080/011 The x-ray-authorize RT signal falls dur-
ing an exposure
