160/000 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
One of the following out of memory errors occurred:
- functional device creation fails
- configuration interface creation fails
- HAL device creation fails
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/001 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
A Common Object Request Broker Architecture
(CORBA) extraction failed.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/002 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
An unknown attribute change notification, HAL sig-
nal, or Atlas event was received.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/003 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
The Gantry CPU failed to read the configuration file.
1. Reboot the system from the X-ray Console.
2. If the problem persists change the CPU Board
and re-calibrate the Collimator afterwards.
3. If the problem persists, contact your OLC.

WARE ERROR
The Gantry CPU failed to get the configuration data.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/005 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
An Atlas event, attribute change, or HAL signal sub-
scription has failed.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/006 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
The Gantry CPU was unable to access the state
machine file.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
160/007 HALT INTERNAL SOFT-
WARE ERROR
The Gantry CPU failed to get an attribute.
Reboot the system from the X-ray Console. If the
problem persists, contact your OLC.
