Diagnostic for:
100/004 error code (CAN code is 0x9006) lift up pedal error
100/005 error code (CAN code is 0x9005) lift down pedal error
100/006 error code (CAN code is 0x9008) decomp pedal error
100/007 error code (CAN code is 0x9007) comp pedal error
102/006 error code (CAN code is 0x5006) lift up pedal error
102/007 error code (CAN code is 0x5005) lift down pedal error
102/008 error code (CAN code is 0x5008) decomp pedal error
102/009 error code (CAN code is 0x5007) comp pedal error
If the error is present when the footswitches are connected:
• Ensure that nothing is pressing on a footswitch, then reboot the Gantry.
• If the message is the same:
- Disconnect the left footswitch and reboot the Gantry.
- Reconnect the left footswitch, disconnect the right footswitch and reboot the Gantry.
- Disconnect both footswitches and reboot the Gantry.
The faulty FRU is the footswitch (right or left) present when the error is produced:
Lift up pedal if 100/004 or 102/006
Lift down pedal if 100/005 or 102/007
Compression up pedal if 100/006 or 102/008
Compression down pedal if 100/007 or 102/009
If the footswitches are not faulty, change the Lift Board (see Job Card D/R A201 - Lift Board on page
1161).
