Chapter 6: Analyzer Operation
To set a location for the Analyzer
1. Press the Location button, and use the keyboard that appears to specify the location of the Analyzer.
2. Press Set Location. The Advanced screen appears again. Press the Back button to return to the
Maintenance tab.
Setting System Properties
Calibration constants and other key parameters are stored in the Analyzer’s memory. However, you may need to
refer to the original factory settings. Before you begin customizing the parameters and running analysis data,
export and save these system properties.
To save and export the system properties
1. Select the Maintenance tab.
2. Press the Advanced button. The Advanced screen appears.
3. Press the System Properties button. The System Properties screen appears.

4. To overwrite the system properties with factory settings that you have previously exported to a USB
flash drive, insert the drive into the Analyzer and press the USB Restore button.
5. Press the USB Backup button or Ethernet Export button.
