To ensure optimum performance of the Analyzer, routinely perform the Analyzer maintenance described in this
chapter. Refer to Table 14
for the recommended consumables replacement schedule. Maintenance items MUST

This chapter covers replacement instructions for all routine maintenance items that are replaced on a regular
schedule; instructions for non-routine maintenance items are provided in those items’ packaging. A one-year
maintenance record log is provided for your reference to ensure that all required maintenance is performed
when necessary (see Table 15 on page 196
).
NOTE:
Recommended maintenance intervals are for typical applications. Particularly harsh
applications, such as pH
2, high levels of insoluble particles, and near-saturated brine
solutions require more frequent maintenance intervals. Contact GE Analytical Instruments
Technical Support or a GEAI Applications Engineer for specific details on your application.
