5. Close the two clamps over the pipe and use pliers or channel locks to secure.
6. Adjust the height of the sipper tube to enable drawing sample from a laminar flow without bubbles.

7. Connect a section of inlet tubing (supplied in Kit) from the bulkhead to the fitting on the top of the sipper
tube.
8. Test the proper adjustment of the sipper tube by performing a sample flush and verifying that no
bubbles are pulled through the clear inlet tubing.
9. Repeat steps 3
through 8 for each stream.
10. If you are also installing the fail safe option, cut and remove the tie wrap used to secure the sensor to
the Analyzer during shipping.
11. Remove the U-bolt from the sensor and position the U-bolt over and near the end of the pipe with the
sipper tube.
