Gas Valve PID Parameters
The InnovOx Analyzer contains Gas Valve parameters that have been previously set at the factory using the
default setting of PID Set 2. In the case where an instrument is upgraded in the field from firmware versions
3.06 to versions
3.07, the Gas Valve PID parameter may need to be changed. The determining factor is the
style of gas manifold installed in the instrument. Using Figure 68
, compare the gas manifold in your Analyzer
and set the corresponding Gas Valve PID setting using the following instructions.
To configure gas flow PID option settings
1. Using Figure 68, identify the type of gas manifold installed in the Analyzer.
2. Select the Maintenance tab.
3. Press the Advanced button. The Advanced screen appears.
4. Locate and verify which PID option is currently active by identifying whether “PID Set 1” or “PID Set 2”
appears on the Gas Valve PID button.
5. To change the PID setting, press the Gas Valve PID button. The PID Set 1 and PID Set 2 buttons
appear.
