8. The screen displays a preview of the data that will be imported. If desired, you can select a column and
assign a Column data format (see Figure 116
). Click Finish to continue.

9. A new spreadsheet containing you exported data opens. You can now modify the document as you
would modify any other Microsoft Excel spreadsheet program file.
