Cleaning the Analyzer Screen
You can deactivate the touchscreen for 30 seconds to allow you to clean the screen without activating any
features.
To deactivate the screen
1. Select the Maintenance tab.
2. Press the Advanced button. The Advanced screen appears.
3. Press the Clean Screen button.
NOTE:
The Run PID Test button also appears and is typically used by the Factory or On-Site Service. The
test activates an automatic diagnosis and setting by the Analyzer for the type of gas manifold
currently installed. The Run PID Test can take several minutes, after which the Analyzer displays
one of the following test results and automatic settings: PID Test Passed - Using Set 1, PID Passed
- Using Set 2, or PID Test Failed.
Press the Back button. If the test passed, the Advanced Screen appears with the confirmed PID
setting showing on the Gas Valve PID button. If the test failed, a failure message appears
referencing Gas Flow Regulation Error 251. This requires conducting a visual inspection of the gas
manifold and manually configuring the corresponding PID setting on the Advanced screen. After
which, Gas Flow diagnostics should be run to verify proper operation.
