streams that have low levels of solids and at a temperature up to 60 °C (140 °F). The 2-stream high-temperature
option accommodates low levels of solids at a temperature up to 85 °C. (185 °F).
2-Stream Configuration
This base Analyzer configuration is capable of monitoring up to two sample streams in the Online mode. A vial
port is provided for calibration and verification using standards in 40-mL vials. Samples can also be analyzed if
they are in 40-mL vials using the vial port and Grab mode. A port is provided for automated measurement of a
check standard to ensure the Analyzer is operating properly and that it is in calibration.
5-Stream Configuration
The Analyzer also is available in a 5-Stream configuration that permits monitoring of up to five sample streams
in the in the Online mode. A vial port is provided for calibration and verification using standards in 40-mL vials.
Samples also can be analyzed if they are in 40-mL vials using the vial port and Grab mode. A port is provided for
automated measurement of a check standard to ensure the Analyzer is operating properly and that it is in
calibration.
Specifications — (2-Stream or 5-Stream) Clean Water Sampler
The Clean Water Sampler is the default option and is intended for:
•Cooling water
• Low suspended solid samples
The Clean Water Sampler specifications are not to exceed:
Pressure Drains at ambient pressure to gravity drain
Temperature 60 °C (140 °F).
Flow >50mL/min
Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Maximum 0.1% (1000 ppm), Solids maximum 200 µm soft particle size
2-Stream High Temperature Configuration
With this high temperature configuration, the 2-Stream Standard configuration can be upgraded to accept
samples with temperature up to 85 °C. A vial port is provided for calibration and verification using 40-mL vial
standards and Grab mode. An additional port is provided for the automated measurement of a check standard
to ensure the Analyzer is calibrated and operating properly.
NOTE:
The high temperature sampler is only available in the 2-Stream configuration.
