7-4 Section 7-2 - Collect Vital System Information
7-2-1 Hardware Configuration Detection
1.) Disconnect all probes.
2.) Press the UTILITIES
key on the control panel.
3.) In the “Utilities” menu touch SYSTEM SETUP
to invoke the setup desktop on the screen.
4.) On the left side of the screen select ADMINISTRATION
and then click the SYSTEM INFO tab.
5.) Disconnect all probes.
6.) Click the HW CONFIGURATION DETECTION
button (see: Figure 7-1 on page 7-3) on the bottom
of the page to start board detection.
The system is restarted automatically after the check and the board versions are displayed in the
System Info page (see: Figure 7-1 on page 7-3)and are also stored to the CSD.
NOTE: If a missmatch was found the affected boards are listed.
a.) Click the OK
button to shut down the system.
b.) Call your Service representative to replace not matching boards.
When starting the system again a new „board detection“ is performed automatically.
