2-2-4 Probe Environmental Requirements
Operation: Ambient temperature 18° to 30° C
Storage: -10° to 50° C
NOTE: Temperature in degrees C. Conversion to degrees F = °C (9/5) + 32).
2-2-5 Time and Manpower Requirements
Site preparation takes time. Begin Pre-installation checks as soon as possible. If possible, allow six
weeks before delivery, for enough time to make necessary changes.

The physical dimensions and weight (without Peripherals) of the Voluson E8 / Voluson E6 system are
summarized in Table 2-4.
NOTE: Physical dimensions (especially height and depth) depend on control console and monitor positioning.

PRODUCT SHOULD BE KEPT IN ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 10 HOURS BEFORE USE.

Have two people available to deliver and unpack the Voluson E8 / Voluson E6 ultrasound
system.
Attempts to move the system considerable distances (or on an incline) by one person alone,
could result in personal injury and/or damage to the system.
