Table 10-17 shows a typical format for recording the patient lead to ground leakage current.
Measurements should be recorded from each lead and lead combination under each set of test
conditions specified in:
• Table 10-10 on page 10-13, or:
• Table 10-11 on page 10-13, as applicable.
Record all data on the Inspection Certificate.
