SettingPID clamp atavaluesufcientlylowe.g=1000,atthedriveenablingandat
theenablingofEnable PD PID,thevalueofPID error islimitedto1000untilthe
signalcomingfromthedancer(PID feed-back)doesnotreachthisvalue.NowPID
clamp isautomaticallytakebackatitsmaximumvaluecorrespondingto10000.The
clampiskeptat10000tillthenextdisablingofthedriveorofEnable PD PID.
Thefeed-backinputisprovidedfortheanalogtransducersconnectionlikedancer,withrelativepotentiometer
orloadcell.Nevertheless,itispossibletousethisinputblockascomparisonpointbetweentwodifferentanalog
signals+/-10V.
Connection to a dancer with potentiometer connected between - 10 and + 10V.
Thewiperofthepotentiometercanbeconnectedtooneoftheanaloginputsofthedrive.Normallyitshould
beusedtheanaloginput1(terminals1and2)becauseitisprovidedwithlter.
TheinputchoosenforthatconnectionmustbeprogrammedinthemenuI/OCONFIGasPID feed - back.Its
valuecanbereadinthePID feed - back parameterinthePID REFERENCE submenu.
ThroughPID offset 1 (orPIDoffset0),itispossibletocarryontheadjustementofthedancerposition.
Connection to a load cell with full range + 10V.
Theoutputoftheloadcellcanbeconnectedtooneofthedriveanaloginputs.Normallytheanaloginput1
(terminals1and2)shouldbeusedbecauseofthelterprovided.
TheinputchoosenfortheconnectionmustbeprogrammedinthemenuI/OCONFIGasPID feed - back.Its
valuecanbereadinthePID feed - back parameterofthePID REFERENCE submenu.
Thetensionsettingcanbesent,withvalue0...-10V,tooneoftheremainingprogrammableanaloginputsinthe
I/O CONFIG menuasPID offset 0.
