6.1
Introduction
A maximum of 10,000 test results (patient, LQC, and EQC tests) can be stored in the instrument database.
Test results can be viewed, cleared (deleted), and/or sent to the network (e.g., GEMweb Plus 500).
When viewing test results, the following options are available:
For Patient Test Results:
Date
PID (Patient ID)
OID (Operator ID)
Status (Transmission Status) – (All, Sent, Unsent, and Fail)
For LQC Test Results:
Date
OID (Operator ID)
Result – (All, Pass, Fail, and Abort)
Status (Transmission Status) – (All, Sent, Unsent, and Fail)
For EQC Test Results:
Date
Result – (All, Pass, Fail, and Abort)
Status (Transmission Status) – (All, Sent, Unsent, and Fail)
See below for additional information about each of the available selections:
Date – To lter by date, select (Date), select the Date Range, and then select Ok. The selection
criteria will be displayed on the screen. To exit, select or select other tab. This search is available for
Patient, LQC, and EQC test results.
PID or OID – To lter by a specic PID or OID, select (PID) or (OID), select Scan to scan a
compatible PID/OID barcode or manually enter the PID/OID (touch the text eld to display virtual
keyboard), and select Find. The selection criteria will be displayed on the screen (
Figure 71
). To exit,
select or select other tab. This search is available for Patient (both PID and OID) and LQC (only OID)
test results.

Result – To lter by test result, select (Result), then select All, Pass, Fail, or Abort. The selection
criteria will be displayed on the screen. To exit, select or select other tab. This search is available for
LQC and EQC test results.
Status – To lter by transmission status, select (Status), then select All, Sent, Unsent, or Fail.
The selection criteria will be displayed on the screen. To exit, select or select other tab. This search is
available for Patient, LQC, and EQC test results.
