To uninstall CCM:
1 Open Windows Control Panel.
2 Select Programs (or Programs and Features) > Uninstall a Program.

4 Select Uninstall.
CAUTION: When the application is uninstalled, some les remain on the system in 1 or more of the
following folders:
C:\ProgramData\InstrumentationLaboratory\CCM\
C:\Users\All Users\InstrumentationLaboratory\CCM
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Instrumentation_Laborator
The les in these folders contains conguration data and encrypted user account information for application

and

). If the application is going to be reinstalled and the user accounts might be
needed in the future, do NOT delete this le from either folder. Otherwise, these folders can be deleted.

Administrative Settings
When a user logs into CCM as an
Admin

: CCM – Administrative Settings Module
CCM Administrators (Admins)
use the Administrative Settings module to do the following:
Manage CCM Accounts – Create, edit, and delete other
Admin
accounts and/or
Supervisor
accounts.
Language – Set the display language for the CCM user interface.
Screen Timeout (1–240) – Set screen timeout. This is the number of minutes of inactivity before the
software locks the screen and requires the user to log in. During screen timeout, conguration data
remains in session memory. It is not lost.
Log File Age Limit (1–99) – Set the age limit of the audit log le. Every month a new log le will be
created. This log le will be kept on the PC for the number of months specied in the log le age limit.
Enable Encryption of POCT1-A Data in Transit – By default, the encryption is enabled to allow secure
communication. This setting needs to match the encryption setting of the instrument and CCM. For the
instrument encryption setting, see
Figure 33 (page 38)
.
NOTE: Only CCM Admins are allowed to access this module; CCM Supervisors cannot.
