8.3.1 Logging into CCM for the First Time
The rst user to log into CCM must log in using the factory default setting Admin account ( admin/000 ).
1 Start CCM. The Login dialog box ( Figure 76 ) is displayed.

2 Enter the credentials for the factory default setting Admin account.
Username admin
Password 000
3 Click Login. A dialog box for changing the password is displayed ( Figure 77 ).

4 Enter the new password, conrm entry of the password, and click Save. Record the new password and
store in a safe place.
NOTE: The password must contain at least 7 characters. At least 1 character must be a special
character (period, comma, &, @, *, $, etc.) (e.g., @mypassword).
5 The Administrative Settings module ( Figure 75 (page 74) ) is displayed.
