Prerequisites:
• The Lock OR table menu is open.
• The function is activated.
1. Touch the External Control Lock button.
Ø The status display is greyed out.
2. Touch the OK button.
Ø The function is deactivated.
Ø External devices can activate the oper-
ating table.

The menu Drive can either be opened via the main menu or, if the operating table
is already in UNLOCK, by pressing the [UNLOCK] button.

5.3.8.1 Activate / deactivate safety functions
NOTIC E
Only deactivate the safety functions in exceptional cases. Operate the OR table
with the safety functions turned off at your own risk.
NOTIC E
When a safety function is deactivated, a warning message will be displayed con-
tinuously on the start screen of the control device.
NOTIC E
The OR table goes into standby mode approx. 15 seconds after the last time a but-
ton is pressed. Once the OR table is reactivated, the safety function is activated
once again as well.
