screens in H3D and H3DII cameras show the area covered on the 36.7 49.0 sensor (center
and bottom). The screens in the H3D-31 model also have the area of the 33.1 44.2 sensor
engraved (bottom). The screens in the left column without grid come with the cameras. All
screens with grid lines are available as accessories.
The H camera models and the 503 models in the V system have a new type of Acute
Matte D screen that provides a brighter and sharper image than before. This makes focusing
easier and more accurate. The new screen also has a redesigned Fresnel lens for completely
even light distribution.
Screens with microprism areas used to be popular, but the Acute Matte screen offers
practically the same benefi ts over the entire screen surface.
