HBMQuantumX
6.10 MX1615 amplifier
Up to 16 freely configurable inputs can be connected to the MX1615 amplifier.
It supports:
Strain gauges (SG) or SGbased transducers in
Full bridge circuit (sixwire configuration)
Half bridge circuit (fivewire configuration)
Quarter bridge circuit (two, three or fourwire configuration for 120 Ohm or 350 Ohm)
Normalized voltage ("10 V differential or 0...30V DC unipolar)
Resistorbased measurement (PT100, resistor, implemented in a quarter bridge arm)
Bridge excitation:
constant DC voltage or 1200 Hz (AC) square wave carrier frequency of 0,5 V; 1 V, 2.5 V or
5 V.
When TEDS or TID is used, the measurement channel is automatically parameterized after
connection.

The measuring channels are electrically isolated from the MX1615 mains only, however, not
from one another.
