Supported by modules: MX840, MX840A, MX440A, MX1609, MX1609−P
MX1609/MX1609P modules support only type K thermocouples; the MX1609−T module type
T supports type T with mini thermocouple plugs (see page 98). Cold−spot compensation is
integrated here.
With MX840, MX840A and MX440A, the accesory 1−THERMO−MXBOARD for cold spot
compensation needs to be integrated in the SubHD connector (see following page).

When recording temperatures with thermocouples using MX840, MX840A, MX440A, you
must use a connector with integrated cold spot compensation element
