4.2.1 Starting a measurement
This section described the procedure to initiate a measurement. See also the CasTemp Wireless
User guide. The following list outlines the conditions and requirements for a measurement:
• Preparation
o Condition Checklist
o Charging status
o Battery LED
o Measurement LED
• Location ID
o Each Heraeus Electro-Nite Wireless instrument of any type must have a unique
Location ID.
o This is assigned in settings (section 5.2.2 Configuring the CasTemp Wireless
instrument parameters)
