By default, there are no Level 2 bindings. Meaning that there are no physical devices configured to
enable communication.
Click the ‘Telegrams’ button to go to the telegram composer where the data that has to be sent out
can be configured.
To create a new telegram, click the ‘Add’ button as shown in Figure 47.
