Head Card Removal
• The Head Card is mounted to the chassis side, and interfaces with the DMX connectors among other
components.
• Remove the DMX daughter board is required, as this allows for access to the lower mounting screw of the Head
Card. (See Photo)
• Remove all connectors from the Head Card, noting their location and checking the wiring harness labels.
• Remove the 4 screws that attach the Head Card to the chassis. (See Photo)
• The Head Card should be free at this time. Set aside, touching only the edges and placing on a static free
surface.
