6.2.8 Makeup Replenishment Time-out
[CAUTION]
If you remove the solenoid valve or other piping part without relieving the
pressure from the path, the ink may gush out. Before performing the above
steps, be sure to provide pressure relief.

sensor operate?
Resume the
operation.

Does the MV7 (Makeup valve)
oper
ate on the solenoid
valve/pump test screen
?
Does the MV7 operate when
the connector of the other
operating solenoid valve is
connected to MV7?
Replace MV7 or clean any ink
build up or other foreign
matters on MV7.
Is the connection harness
conducting?
Replace the harness.
Replace the EZJ126 board.
Is the fault cleared by
power-on reset?
Does the Initial-level
sensor operate?
Yes

Replace the connection
harness
No
Yes
Disconnect the connectors, then
reconnect them (3 connectors).
Connect the connector.
Is
CN13 of the EZJ126 board,
CN1 or CN3 of or EZJ132 board
disconnected?
