6.5.18 No ink suction from gutter

*1) Recovery route operation check:
This operation is the work for checking of the ink clogging in recovery route.
[Operation procedures]
(1) On “Solenoid v/p test” screen, press Pump1 “Operated” first, and then press “MV3” on <Nozzle1>.
Secondly press Pump2 “Operated”, and then press “MV23” on <Nozzle2>.
(2) Sprinkle makeup on the gutters, and check if the makeup is suctioned.

Clean the gutter and gutter
base.
Repair the ink fixing of
MV3 (nozzle1) and MV23
(nozzle2) replace it.

Replace the tube or clean
