CAUTION
AFTER REMOVING HEAD BACKING PLATE IN THE FOLLOWING
STEP, TURN IT OVER AND PLACE IT ON ITS TOP. DAMAGE TO
THE HEAD BACKING PLATE COULD RESULT FROM PLACING IT
ON THE SURFACE THAT CONTACTS THE CHIP MODULES.
3. Remove five #2 Pozidriv screws and washers that attach head backing plate to printhead,
and remove head backing plate (Figure 4-42). Turn head backing plate over and place on its
top.
