Cause
An issue occurred with reading from the Write-Back Cache.
A failure occurred with writing to the DDR memory.
A failure occurred with reading or writing to the metadata stored in the Write-Back Cache.
Action
1. Use to check the HPE Smart Storage Battery charge. Verify that the battery charge is sufficient to enable
caching.
2. Be sure the cache module is seated properly.
3. Reseat the cache module.
4. Replace the cache module.
5. If the data is corrupt, restore previous backup data.
