SNMP Trap: cpqSeCpuThresholdPassed - 1005 in CPQSTDEQ.MIB
Symptom: This trap is sent when an internal processor error threshold has been passed on a particular
processor, causing it to become degraded. This trap is sent when cpqSeCpuThreshPassed transitions from
false to true.

from O.S Active set or Brought back to Running state and made member of O.S Active set.
