Symptom
327-AMP Configuration Error – An installed processor does NOT support the configured AMP Mode. System
will operate in Advanced ECC Mode.
Cause
The processor installed does not support the current AMP mode.
Action
1. To locate a supported option, review the product QuickSpecs on the Hewlett Packard Enterprise
website.
2. Install a processor that supports the configured AMP mode.

328-Power Management Controller Firmware Error
Symptom
328-Power Management Controller Firmware Error – The firmware is in Recovery Mode. Action: Update the
Power Management Controller Firmware.
Cause
The power management controller firmware needs to be updated.

Symptom
329-Power Management Controller FW Error – Unable to communicate with the FW. Action: Reset iLO FW. If
issue persists reset the Power Management Controller FW (remove AC). If issue persists attempt to update
the FW.
Cause
A communication issue exists within iLO or the power management controller firmware.
