Cache module: The cache is disabled because a flash memory or capacitor hardware failure has been
detected.
Cause
A failure has been detected in one of the following:
• Flash memory
• Battery hardware
Action
Contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise technical support. For more information, see "Accessing Hewlett
Packard Enterprise support."
Cache module: The cache is disabled because the backup operation to flash memory failed
Symptom
Cache module: The cache is disabled because the backup operation to flash memory failed.
Cause
The backup operation did not complete.
Action
1. Reseat the controller cache module.
2. If the issue persists, contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise support. For more information, see "Accessing
Hewlett Packard Enterprise support."
Cache module: The cache is disabled because the batteries are low on the redundant
controller
Symptom
Cache module: The cache is disabled because the batteries are low on the redundant controller.
Cause
The batteries are not charged.
Action
Replace the batteries if the batteries do not recharge within 36 powered-on hours.
