8.3 DIMM Fault LEDs
The Intel
®
Server Board S5500BC provides a memory fault LED for each DIMM slot. Refer to
Figure 10 for the LEDs location. The DIMM fault LED is illuminated when the system BIOS
disables a DIMM when it reaches a specified number of failures or if specific critical DIMM
failures are detected.
