Double H shift pattern
• Changing from shift gates 3/4 into 5/6 or vice versa by
quickly hitting the shift lever with the hand. Move shift lever
smoothly and without force (Fig. 7a).

NOTE
If the range change group does not change over and a gear
cannot be engaged, shift back into the previous shift gate and
repeat the gear shifting again at a lower speed.
CAUTION
It is not permitted to change between shift gates 5/6 and
3/4 when the driving speed is higher than approx. 28 km/h.
Changing shift gates leads to a changeover in the rear-
mounted group synchronizer which will cause early wear
when the driving speed is higher than approx. 28 km/h.
