hardwarefromthetypeoverview,andnextselecttherequiredsoftwareconfigurationviatheconfigurationnumber
(confignumber).Further,certaindataisconfiguredunderthecountrycode,whichincludese.g.thedefinitionofGMT,
theprimaryM‐Busaddressaswellastheyearlyandmonthlytargetdate.Throughtheseselectionsandconfigurations
MULTICAL®603canbeadjustedforitscurrenttask.
Themeterhasbeenconfiguredfromthefactoryandisreadyforuse.Itcan,however,bechanged/reconfiguredafter
installationReconfigurationcan
becarriedoutfromthemeter’sSETUPlooporbymeansofeitherMETERTOOLHCW

The first 4 digits of the ty pe number (603‐xxxx‐xxxxxxxx) are
written on the meter’s front and cannot be changed after
production. The last 8 digits of the type number (603‐xxxx‐
xxxxxxxx)arenotwrittenonthemeter,butcanbereadfromthe
display.
