TheM‐BusmoduleispoweredthroughtheM‐Busnetworkandisthusindependentofthemeter’sinternalsupply.
Two‐way communication between M‐Bus and energy meter takes place via a digital isolator providing galvanic
separationbetween
M‐Busandmeter.
Themodulesupportsbothprimary,secondaryandenhancedsecondaryaddressing.Themodulecancommunicateat
communicationspeedsof300,2400,9600or19200baudandautomaticallydetectsthespeedused.
TheoutputdatapackagecanbeconfiguredtoincludevariousregistercombinationsbymeansofthePC
‐programs

ThemoduleisfittedwithtwosetsofscrewterminalsforconnectiontotheM‐Busnetwork.TheM‐Buscablecanthus
