Remove both cornshaft corrier housing previously described in
CAMSHAFTS.

Release the exhaust downpipe from the exhaust manifold and remove
monifold (see Section S).

Remove the water pump (see WATER
PUMP
r.emoval).
10.
Loosen the cylinder head nuts evenly, starting with the outer rluh and work
inward diagonally. See figure
14,
start at the highest number and progress
downward. Remove nuts and washers.
Remove the cylinder head
and the
cylinder head gasket.

Remove the cylinder liner clamps. Thoroughly clean bath the cylinder block
and cylinder head mating
foces (use Trichlorethelene or similar).
2.
Fit new cylinder head gasket. The gasket
is
fitted with 'Wellseal' applied
