REMOVE TUBE
The first line shows the result of the measurement in RLUs, the
second line (if defined in the protocol) shows the result of the
background measurement. At the same time the measurement
parameters defined in the protocol are printed out. The measured
value of the first standard is then output.
After removing the sample tube, the measured value display is
cleared. You are prompted to:

In our example, the 2nd replicate of the 1st standard is expected.
Position the tube and start the measurement. After the
measurement, the results are displayed:

The measured value is printed. If the replicate group is complete
according to the protocol, the mean value and coefficient of
variation are printed.
After removing the last tube, the display prompts for the 1st
control sample.
