injection and the beginning of the measurement and confirm with

Enter the desired measuring time for the first measurement (0.1 to
200.0 seconds) for each tube and press <enter>.

Changing or confirmation of the displayed injector volume (injector
2). Displayed are the standard settings for injector 2 entered in the
<INSTRUMENT PARAMETERS> menu. These settings can be
changed for this specific protocol.
Setting "0" means the respective injector is disabled.
<LAST DISPLAY> takes you back to the previous display.
Press <enter> to use the response displayed in the upper-right
corner of the LCD.

Enter the desired measuring time (0.1 to 200.0 seconds) for the
second measurement for each tube and press <enter>.

Enter the number of replicates and press <enter>. You can define
a maximum of 10 sample tubes as replicates whose measured
values are averaged. “1” means 1 tube, i.e. no replicates.
