REMOVE TUBE
Once the measurement is complete, the first line shows the result
of the measurement in RLUs, the second line (if defined in the
protocol) shows the result of the background measurement.
At the same time the measurement parameters defined in the
protocol are printed out as a protocol header.
Then the measured values are then printed:

No replicates selected:
Four measured values per sample (RLU and RLU/s for
measurement M1 and M2)
Replicates:
Four measured values per sample (RLU and RLU/s for
measurement M1 and M2)
Average for replicate group and coefficient of variation
No replicates, normalized response:
Four measured values per sample (RLU and RLU/s for
measurement M1 and M2)
Normalized response R=M1/M2 or R=M2/M1
No replicates, normalized response:
Four measured values per sample (RLU and RLU/s for
measurement M1 and M2)
Average for replicate group and coefficient of variation
Normalized response R=M1/M2 or R=M2/M1
When you remove the sample tube, the measured value display
disappears and the following is requested:
