SAMPLE 2 TUBE # 2
START
Press the <Start> button. The 2nd tube is measured. If it is a
replicate, “SAMPLE 1” will remain on the display until all tubes of
this group have been measured, while the “TUBE #” is
incremented continuously.
Once you have pressed the <Start> button, the procedure is the
same as described for steps R29 to R34.
Measurement with one injector
If the instrument has only one injector installed, the measurement
procedure is slightly different. It is assumed that the starter
reagent is already injected manually to the tube. When you press
<Start> first the sample will be measured, then Stop and Glo™
reagent will be injected and the second measurement will be run.
Measurement without injector
If there are no injectors installed, the reagent must be injected
manually. The user is required to inject the reagent manually with
a pipette between the measurements. Therefore the tube will be
turned to the loading position before each measurement to
perform a manual injection. Please follow the instructions shown
on the display.
