Set the distance compensation [TOOL]
In case executing a long data cutting, the cut length may have an error depends on the thickness of
the sheet. Additionally, the diameter difference between the right and the left grit rollers may cause
the sheet shirting distance difference between the both sheets. This function compensates those
errors.
One type of the distance compensation can be set for each tool configuration, totally eight types can
be set.
* If altering the tool number on the host computer, the altered tool number will
be applied to the correction values. Carefully specify the tool number by
commands.
Find compensation value
Compensation value = Measurement of the OFF line – Reference length input
Example)
Measurement of the OFF line = 999.0 mm
Reference length input = 1000 mm
999.0 – 1000 = –1.0 mm/Compensation value
As a result, the compensation value to be input will be “–1.0 mm.
Setting value
Reference value
• For “mm”
A-axis : 500, 1000, 1500, 2500 mm
B-axis : 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200. 1400, 1600 mm
* Set value of the B direction differs according to the model size in use.
• For “inch”
A-axis : 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 96 inch
B-axis : 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 inch
Conpensation value
A-axis : ±2 % (0.1 mm step)
B-axis : ±2 % (0.1 mm step)
Plotting offset
Push on the (TOOL) in a local mode.

Conpensation line
