516 Media Set Position R
The media was loaded
outside the range of valid
positions.
1. Check the media loading position.

2. Clean the media width sensor.

519 NEGATIVE P.SENSOR
Negative pressure sensor
automatic recognition failed.
Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while. "Turning Off
the Power"(P. 34)
521 CHECK JOINT
SENSOR
A failure occurred while
connecting the cutter head
and the connecting unit.
522 CUT HOME POSITION
The cutter head could not be
moved due to a connection
failure between the cutter
head and the connecting unit.
523 CHECK PR SENSOR
The pinch roller position
detection failed.
525 Wrong Ionizer
The ionizer internal circuit is
defective, or an abnormal
discharge occurred.
526 Ionizer Ion Level
The amount of generated
ions was reduced by fouling
and abrasion of the electrode
needle.
Refer to the instruction manual for the
ionizer and clean the electrodes.
527 Ionizer Condition
Ambient conditions may
cause ions to be absorbed by
metals in the vicinity and
affect discharge capability.
Remove any conductors or discharge
devices close to the ionizer.
528 Pump Motor Sensor
A problem was detected with
the pump motor.
Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while. "Turning Off
the Power"(P. 34)
549 LEnc. Count DIO
A problem was detected with
the linear scale wiring to the
DIO PCB.
551 HDC DIO LENC count
A problem was detected with
the HDC and DIO board
encoder values.
607 Replace Cap Absorber
The capping count exceeded
the preset value.
Replace and clean the cap absorber,
then reset the count. "Cap Absorber
Replacement"(P. 147)
608 Wrong Ink IC
A problem was detected with
the ink IC chip information.
1. Check to confirm that the IC chip was
inserted correctly.
2. Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while. "Turning Off
the Power"(P. 34)
3. Replace with new ink.
61A InkOverflow
The sub tank float sensor
detected the limit.
Execute [MAINTENANCE] > [Overflow].
61B Ink feed
A failure occurred while
supplying ink to the sub tank.
Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while. "Turning Off
the Power"(P. 34)
61D NEGATIVE P.
NotEnough
The required negative
pressure cannot be
maintained. (On the positive
side)
