3-6 System Preparation
NOTE: 1. Power off the system if you will not use the system for a long period of time
(including storage/ transportation conditions), and you should not allow the
system in standby status, otherwise the batteries will be out of power and
permanently damaged.
2. If you will not use the system for a long period of time, DO NOT leave the
system in standby status, you should shut down the system, disconnect
mains power, and turn off powers of all connected peripherals.
3.4 Monitor Adjusting
3.4.1 Monitor Position Adjusting
Grab the two sides of the monitor when adjusting its position.
îš„ Angle adjust
When posited vertically, the monitor can be tilted for ±20° forward and backward
respectively.
îš„ Rotate the monitor
The monitor can be rotated around its central pivot point for ±90°.
îš„ Tilt the monitor
In the process of transportation or moving the system, grab the two sides of the
monitor, level the monitor, shown as follows:
3.4.2 Adjusting Brightness/Contrast on the Monitor
Adjusting the monitor’s brightness and contrast is one of the most important factors for
proper image qualities, if these controls are set incorrectly, the gain, TGC, dynamic range
or even acoustic output have to be changed more often than necessary to compensate.
