*2 Values may be overwritten to the areas used by the system after the restoration processing.
Restoring or not restoring can be selected with either of SD955 (restoration function setting) or SD9352 (CPU module auto exchange
function setting).
*3 Only FX5U/FX5UC CPU module is supported.
