Operand specification
■When FX5 operand is specified
1. For (s1), specify the relative positioning address. (Page 392 Positioning address)
Set to a value -2147483648 to +2147483647 in pulse.
• DRVI: -32768 to +32767 (User system unit)
• DDRVI: -2147483648 to +2147483647 (User system unit)
2. For (s2), specify the command speed. Set to a value 1 pps to 200 kpps in pulse. For the FX5S CPU module, set to a
value 1 to 100 kpps.
• DRVI: 1 to 65535 (User system unit)
• DDRVI: 1 to 2147483647 (User system unit)
3. For (d1), specify an axis number for which pulses are output.
Specify an axis number whose positioning parameters are set in the high speed I/O parameters. Operation cannot be
performed if any other axis number is specified.
