Is 0.5 V or less indicated on
voltmeter (about 20-V range)
when (t) and (-) test probes are
connected to 2-R (B) and
1.25RL wires respectively at
back of light control relay
connector?

Is there 0.5 V or less between
test probe and ground when test
probe is inserted into 2-B wire
from back of column switch
